Stress, anxiety and depression are the biggest cause of absence in our society and costs uk employers over £34 billion every year.

Wellbeing in the workplace is important and this is where mental health first aiders make a difference. By becoming a mental health First Aider you will be trained to pick up on triggers and signs.You will then be able to implement action plans and provide support, which can make a vast difference to a persons wellbeing

Learning takes place through a range of activities from presentations to work shops and group activities over structured sessions and is supported by work books and manuals.

 


Location

We now run all our East Lancashire courses from the new Burnley Dedicated Training venue which provides free parking and easy motorway access. We also have venues available in Bolton and Chorley.
