Food Safety Awareness Training

Course Detail

This training is aimed at all staff and works well as part of induction programs. It provides all staff with an understanding of food safety and how it is the responsibility of everyone who is involved with handling, storage, preparation, cooking and serving of food in whatever capacity.

Course Duration: 4 Hours duration

Assessment

This course is based on continual assessment and multiple choice question paper

Certification

On successful completion of the course delegates will receive a certificate of attendance

Location

We now run all our East Lancashire courses from the new Burnley Dedicated Training venue which provides free parking and easy motorway access. We also have venues available in Bolton and Chorley.
